Dune Light and Silence

This collection is a visual meditation on the elemental forms of Great Sand Dunes National Park.  These photographs interpret the interplay of sand, light, and mountain with an impressionistic and abstract sensibility.  Curving lines, shifting shadows, and subtle textures create images that are less about the place and more about presence—about rhythm, quiet, and the spaces in between.  The dunes become sculptural, the mountains recede into color and form, and the silence of the landscape deepens.  This series invites stillness and contemplation, revealing a world shaped as much by perception as by earth and sky.
