My path from ophthalmology to fine art photography has been as transformative as the images I create. Years of studying vision deepened my awareness of how perception shapes emotion and meaning. Guided by Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, I’ve come to see photography as a form of mindfulness—an invitation to see the world with clarity, compassion, and wonder.
